Through our Legacy Services, we help ensure you are remembered long after you are gone.
For those of means, their alma maters offer opportunities to be remembered. Buildings have long been named after alumni who generously donated to the institution. Today, those same institutions have nearly every classroom, lecture hall and library named. Professorships are named, as are scholarships. It is ubiquitous within academia. Studies show that most sizable donations made to educational institutions are made contingent on securing a naming right. It helps us be remembered. It is a relatively simple and repetitive process. College development offices are experts in doing so.
Outside of academic institutions, naming rights are uncommon. Special skills and tenacity are required to secure them. Whether a building, a pedestrian or wildlife bridge, a park, or another unique asset is right for you, only you can say. For others, having a lecture series or even a street named after them or a loved one is right. It helps us be remembered when we are no longer around.
